If you submit a photo, caption, or other content to the Fan Wall or elsewhere on the Site, you confirm you own the rights to it and grant The World of KB DaVirgo a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on the Site and associated social media. Submissions are reviewed before publishing and may be declined or removed at any time.
4. Membership & Payments
Paid membership content, where offered, is billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time through your account; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past charges except where required by law.
5. No Warranty
The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure at all times.
